ZZR1100 600 KR-1S TOKICO front brake callipers Torx head stainless steel upgrade
PAIR OF KR-1S TOKICO TORX CAPHEAD REFURBISHED FRONT CALLIPERS ZZR1100/600 UPGRADE.. This pair of TOKICO KR-1S callipers have been stripped and rebuilt with all new STAINLESS STEEL fixings, Also fit ZZR1100/600/400... Stripped, soda blasted and sonically cleaned. Masked and then re-sprayed in a light'gold' metallic brake calliper paint.
New hydraulic and double lipped dust seals fitted with the correct red rubber grease. Pistons examined and sonically cleaned. Then reassembled using new calliper joint seals. New T40 TORX CAPHEAD POLISHED STAINLESS STEEL pinch bolts torqued to correct setting.New TORX POLISHED STAINLESS STEEL banjo bolts and crush washers. New STAINLESS STEEL bleed nipples and rubber dust covers, Complete with spring plates and TORX HEAD M4 STAINLESS STEEL cap screws. Also supplied with 2 new STAINLESS STEEL pad slider pins. THESE CALIPERS DO NOT COME WTH THE SPRING PLATES TO KEEP THE COST DOWN.. All they need is your own choice of brake pads.
