PAIR OF GSXR 1000 K1/K2 TOKICO 6 POT REFURBISHED FRONT CALLIPERS ZZR1100/600 UPGRADE.. This pair of TOKICO 6 pot GSXR1000 K1/K2 callipers have been stripped and rebuilt with all new stainless steel fixings inc.
Stripped, media blasted and sonically cleaned. Masked and then re-sprayed in gloss'gold' metallic brake calliper paint. New hydraulic seals and double lipped dust seals fitted using the correct red rubber grease. Stainless steel pistons examined, cleaned and polished.
Then reassembled using new calliper joint seals with the correct red rubber grease. New TAPERED Stainless steel cap head pinch bolts torqued to correct setting. New Stainless steel banjo bolts and crush washers. New Stainless steel bleed nipples and 2 new rubber dust covers, Complete with the spring plates and New low profile M4 Stainless steel cap screws. Also supplied with 2 new Stainless steel brake slider pins. They callipers are in excellent condition and never been fitted since rebuild..
